Our membership options
We offer a tiered membership system designed to meet the diverse needs of ceramic artists.
All members join as Associate Members and can upgrade to Part-Time or Full-Time Memberships monthly subscription plans, depending on their studio needs and goals.

The Associate Membership is the first step for anyone interested in joining the CACM community. Once an Associate member, you can either become a part or full time member, purchase Ateliers and receive discounts on workshops.
The CACM Associate Membership is for artists interested in exploration, mentorship, and collaboration. It provides access to our community and resources.
Requires a minimum of 18 months of intermediate-level experience.

For ceramic artists who want access to CACM facilities to augment another primary workspace or for specific projects or firings.
Requires a minimum of two years of intermediate-level experience. Part-time Members receive a discount on all Ateliers and Workshops.

For advanced, intermediate ceramic artists who need regular access to studio space and want to be fully immersed in the CACM community.
Requires a minimum of four years of intermediate-level ceramics experience. Full-time Members receive a significant discount on Ateliers and Workshops.
Membership option comparison
Associate

Associate members who purchase a mentor led Atelier (3 hours per week) enjoy additional access to studio facilities during designated LAB hours (3 hours per week).
Associate members have the option to purchase up to 6 additional hours per week.

Associate Members participating in a mentor led Atelier have access to storage space for work in progress, tools, and materials (18” x 16" shelf)

The CACM studio offers access to a gas kiln, options for mid-range and high firing processes (must be experienced in cone 10). Brent wheels, a large Brent slab roller, slip casting pouring table, several extruders, a spray booth, a printer, a Cricut, tools, textures, plaster molds, etc.

Associate members receive 2,000 cubic inches of firing per atelier session, with the option to purchase additional space for overages.
Associate members do not have access to independent kiln firing.

Part-time
$250 per month

plus a $25 annual membership fee

Part-time members enjoy up to 8 hours of access to the studio facilities for independent work outside of scheduled Ateliers and workshops, typically during off-peak hours or designated days.

Each Part Time member is provided with a 36” x 18” shelf for storing work in progress, tools, and materials.
Additional space for larger work is also available.

The CACM studio offers access to a gas kiln, options for mid-range and high firing processes (must be experienced in cone 10). Brent wheels, a large Brent slab roller, slip casting pouring table, several extruders, a spray booth, a printer, a Cricut, tools, textures, plaster molds, etc.

Part-time members receive priority enrollment for Sessions, Ateliers, and Workshops. A registration email is sent two weeks before general enrollment opens.

Participation in any number of ateliers and workshops per year at a 10% reduced rate.

Priority access to mid-range firing, and gas-firing with prior experience.

Full Time members enjoy full access to the studio and all facilities, except during Ateliers and or workshops and specific scheduled closures.

Each Full time member is provided with a 48” x 18” shelf and a drawer for storing work in progress, tools, and materials.
Additional space for larger work is also available.

Full-time members have year around keyless studio access from 6 am to 11 pm, except during ateliers, workshops, or scheduled closures.
